Common questions
Why was my photo blocked in the app? The checklist screen names the exact rule and the fix (for example "Head tilted down — lift your chin"). Retakes are free and unlimited.
Where are my purchased photos? Home screen → My photos. Every paid photo stays re-downloadable and reprintable, free, forever.
Do you store my photos? No. See our Privacy Policy — processing is on-device and the single compliance check discards the image immediately.
